Retired maths teacher Mike Ellis has died after being swept away in a swollen stream in Shropshire.

Residents have named the man who was killed in floods in Shropshire today as maths teacher Mike Ellis.
A local councillor and farmer, Richard Huffer, 50, said we was taught by Mr Ellis at a secondary school, three decades ago.
