The Olympic Torch is touring the UK on a 70 day relay. It is being carried through villages, towns and cities across the Midlands travelling by boat, train, tram, and cable car, and even across ice.
The Olympic Torch is touring the UK on a 70 day relay. It is being carried through villages, towns and cities across the Midlands travelling by boat, train, tram, and cable car, and even across ice.
The torch starts day 40 in Grimsby and visits Louth, before heading down the east Lincolnshire coast with several legs including Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea, Ingoldmells, Skegness, and Boston.
It then heads inland through Sleaford, and then north with a relay leg in Bracebridge Heath. It's then carried through Lincoln with an evening celebration at Yarborough Leisure Centre topped off with a display by the Red Arrows.
