Children with disabilities "let down by state", says charity

Thousands of children with disabilities who need essential equipment like beds and wheelchairs are being let down by the state. That's according to a Midlands charity.

Newlife Foundation for Disabled Children says more and more health professionals are turning to charities for equipment instead of local authorities and primary health care trusts.
