Central Jailed

William Connors, 28, has been sentenced to life in prison with a minimum term of 20 years for the murder of 63-year-old Thomas Connors last year.

Marlene Doyle's devastated mum said her daughter "paid with her life" and her story should be a warning to anyone who finds themself in an abusive relationship.
