Madeleine Budd, 21, poured human faeces over the Captain Sir Tom Moore memorial in Hatton in south Derbyshire in September.

Sir Tom became national headlines when he raised almost £33m for NHS charities during the Covid pandemic by walking laps of his garden aged 99.

Madeleine Budd, 21, from Manchester, was arrested by the Metropolitan Police in central London on Sunday.
