Dementia Diaries
The number of people with Dementia in the UK is expected to reach a million by 2025- making the condition one of the biggest challenges facing health and social care services.
There is an urgent need for a plan on how those with the condition will be cared for. In a series of special reports, Jane Hesketh looks at the impact of the diagnosis, how people cope with the condition and hope for the future.
