Statement to be made in Commons after prison riot
The Justice Secretary, Liz Truss, will make a statement in the House of Commons tomorrow following a major disturbance at Birmingham's Winson Green prison.
Hundreds of inmates were involved in the 12-hour riot on Friday.
240 prisoners have since been moved out of the site.
Riot squads were deployed to the scene and order was restored on Friday evening.
An investigation into what happened continues.

Trouble spread across four wings of the privately-run facility, with reports of prisoners setting fire to stairwells, breaking a security chain and destroying paper records.
