'It's about not letting Joel's name be forgotten'

The family of a nineteen year old from Wednesbury who was killed in last year's Tunisia attack say they hope a fund established in his name will keep his memory alive. Joel Richards was the inspiration for the fund to help young football referees and coaches, which launches tomorrow. Melissa Wright reports.
