Family of businessman shot dead make fresh appeal
The family of warehouse owner Akhtar Javeed who was shot dead at his Birmingham business have made an appeal for his killers to come forward.
The 56-year-old was killed during an attempted armed robbery in Digbeth on 3 February.

Appeal for taxi driver to come forward in Digbeth murder
Police are appealing to trace the driver of a private hire vehicle, which was on Rea Street South on Wednesday 3 February at the time when a man was shot dead during an armed robbery.
A murder investigation has been launched into the death of Birmingham businessman Akhtar Javeed, 56, who was shot in the neck at the Direct Source 3 warehouse in Digbeth.
Mr Javeed's family have been made aware of the result and paid tribute to him describing him as “an honest man who valued his family more than anything else.”

West Midlands Police start investigations after fatal shooting
Police have started their investigation after a man was shot dead during an attempted robbery at a warehouse in Digbeth last night.
56-year-old Akhtar Javeed, suffered a gunshot wound and despite being rushed to hospital by paramedics, was pronounced dead a short time later.

Pictures released of victim in Digbeth shooting
These are the first pictures of 56-year-old Digbeth murder victim Akhtar Javeed.
Murder detectives are hunting a pair of armed robbers who shot dead Mr Javeed during a robbery in Digbeth, Birmingham, last night.
Officers were called to soft drinks distributor Direct Source 3 Ltd, at 66 Rea Street South, just before 6.40pm, after receiving reports that several masked men were robbing the premises.
Mr Javeed was taken to hospital but died a short time later.
