A judge has said prosecutors must review the case of a Birmingham man who died after being restrained by door staff outside a bar.
Julian Webster, 24, died in 2009 after being held in a headlock for eight minutes.
Two men were arrested at the time, but the Crown Prosecution Service in Manchester decided it was not in the public interest to prosecute.
Today at a High Court hearing in Birmingham, a judge said the case needed to be reconsidered.
