Cruise Virus Legal Action

A man from Birmingham is suing P and O after he fell ill on a cruise to the Baltic. It's thought he'd caught norovirus along with three hundred other passengers.

Tonight the lawyer acting for him has demanded that the government reviews the guidelines it gives to cruise companies to deal with the disease. Mark Gough reports.

Passengers from Birmingham who travelled on a cruise ship infected with Norovirus are taking legal action. The Oriana docked in Southampton last week.

Concerns have been raised about how the outbreak was handled, but P&O say the health and safety of their passengers is a priority.
