After decades of flooding, a riverside town now has protection...a new permanent flood defence barrier is being officially unveiled tonight.
Residents have high hopes it'll work, but as Keith Wilkinson reports the wet weather is still causing serious problems in the area.

The new flood barriers all finished in Upton-on-Severn
The new flood defences in Upton-on-Severn have cost £4 million to install and it's the second project of its kind to prevent the town from flooding.
It has flooded 70 times in the last 40 years and has had the reputation of being the most flooded town in Britain.
