Man, 19, arrested after double stabbing in Wolverhampton on Good Friday

Two men, aged 22 and 19, have been taken to hospital after being stabbed in Wolverhampton yesterday (7th April).

Officers were called to Marsh Lane shortly before 6.30pm.

One man was left in a critical condition and another with serious injuries.

A-19-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.

Police are currently looking through CCTV footage and appealing for witnesses.

A West Midlands Police spokesman said: "We are appealing for information after one man was left in a critical condition and another with serious injuries following a stabbing in Wolverhampton. Our officers were called to Marsh Lane shortly before 6.30pm yesterday (April 7).

"Two men, aged 22 and 19, were rushed to hospital. One remains in a critical condition while the other is in a serious but stable condition."
