Weatherwatch: Des Coleman at Cannock Chase
Our Weather Presenter Des Coleman has been out and about across the West Midlands for our series "Weatherwatch", meeting those of who who regularly send in lovely weather photos for our 6pm programme forecasts.
Whether it's a landscape, a flower or wildlife, they're seen by thousands of viewers on each of our programmes, so who is the person behind them and what's the story behind their love for weather photography ?
One of those regular contributors is Sue Childs from Staffordshire. Des has been to meet her at Cannock Chase.
She said its her favourite spot to take photos because of the light, the colours and because the area is just beautiful. Sue added that she visit Cannock Chase a couple of times a week.
Cannock Chase, often referred to as the chase by locals, is an area of outstanding natural beauty and covers 26 square miles of the Staffordshire land.
It receives an estimated 2.5 million visitors each year.
