Family pay tribute to their 'beautiful girl' who died after being hit by a car in Leamington Spa
The family of a three-year-old girl who died after being hit by a car in Leamington Spa have paid tribute to their 'beautiful girl'.
Briya Kaur Gill suffered serious head injuries after a black Skoda Citigo collided with her on Brunswick Street around 5.45pm on Friday 17 July.
She was taken to hospital but died a day later (July 18).
A 32-year-old woman from Leamington was arrested at the scene on suspicion causing serious injury by dangerous driving.
She is still being questioned by police and remains in custody.
Briya's family said their 'world has lost its colour' and the youngster 'touched the hearts of every person she met'.
Police are urging anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage from the time of the incident to contact them on 101.
