West Midlands Weather: Windy on Sunday with showers and sunny spells

Today: It will be a mostly cloudy day with blustery showers, these turning heavy at times, interspersed with brighter weather giving some spells of sunshine. Cooler than recent days under the cloud and with a stronger breeze.

Tonight: Windy with showers possible throughout the night, although many areas will stay dry. Breaks in the cloud also developing giving some evening sunshine, but cloud soon building overnight.

Monday: A rather windy and cloudy day with limited bright spells across the region. It should stay dry for many parts although an outbreak of rain cannot be ruled out.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday: Remaining mixed over the next few days with showers, or longer spells of rain, interspersed with drier weather and some sunshine. Winds easing through Tuesday and temperatures around normal.
