Fly-tippers dump over 100 watermelons in an alleyway
Fly-tippers have dumped over 100 watermelons in an alleyway in Solihull.
The fruit had been left just off Old Lode Lane in Sheldon in the late hours of Wednesday night (June 10).
The watermelons were spread over the entire width of the alleyway, along with two wooden crates.
Many of the melons had been cut open and mould can been seen starting to grow over the exposed fruit.
Some of them had totally collapsed, resulting in a pool of watermelon sludge.
