Friday: A damp start, with early low cloud and rain gradually giving way to some limited brighter spells and scattered showers for a time later, some heavy and perhaps thundery.

Outlook for Saturday to Monday: Rather changeable throughout, with sunny spells and showers, some heavy and perhaps thundery over the weekend. Warm for many as winds ease, however cooler and periodically cloudier in the east.
