Notts County's community charity's health drive

Notts County's community charity is encouraging people to stay active and healthy during the lockdown.

The club has helped to create the #StaySafeStayActive initiative, offering advice to people who want look after their physical and mental health with the opportunity to access a range of online resources, including mindfulness techniques, nutritional tips and exercise videos that can be followed at home.

The campaign will also look to work with a number of local care homes to provide innovative forms of stimulation and activation for older individuals living in residential care.
