How will employers protect our mental health when we return to work?

Coronavirus has thrown up some new concerns about people's mental health - from people feeling isolated working from home to those who've developed 'Fulrough Fear' about losing their jobs.

Employers now have to think how to protect their employees' mental health as we go back to work.

Some people - like those who are autistic - might thrive working remotely, others might struggle.

Mark Gough spoke to Nicola Whiting MBE from Titania Ltd in Worcester, about what businesses can do to help protect the mental health of employees.
