Monday: Remaining rather cold, but with spells of sunshine generally and perhaps a few showers in eastern parts. Breezy at first, but winds easing later.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday: Fine with some sunshine but rather cold, particularly by night, with overnight frosts possible inland given mainly light winds. Temperatures should gradually recover through the week.
