Car drives 110mph on M1 north to buy cheaper bread in London

Leicestershire Roads Policing Unit has stopped a speeding car from traveling on the M1 from Nottingham to London to buy cheaper bread.

Leicestershire Roads RPU reported on twitter that it had to stop a car driving at 110mph on the M1 north.

The driver was planning to drive from Nottingham to London to buy bread that was £1 cheaper with two of his young children in the car.
