The 'ward fairy' singing for staff and patients at Warwick Hospital
A woman known as the 'ward fairy' is singing outside Warwick Hospital, aiming to bring a smile to staff and patients.
31-year-old Esther Evans sings and plays her guitar three days a week for three hours outside the hospital.
She was filmed singing "Bridge Over Troubled Water" by Simon & Garfunkel.
Esther says she hopes her singing gives staff and patients a moment to smile during uncertain times.
Before the lockdown, she was a regular friendly face on the wards at Warwick Hospital - singing to patients every Tuesdays and Thursdays.
She is now unable to go on site and instead is performing outside the building, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday afternoons.
She wants her singing will inspire others to do more to share happiness for those who need cheering up.
