Man charged with two counts of murder in Dudley

A man has been charged with two counts of murder in Dudley.

19-year-old Khuzaimah Douglas and Waseem Ramzan, who was 36, were found with crossbow injuries at a suspected cannabis factory on Pensnett Road last Thursday.

46-year-old Saghawat Ramzan is due to appear in court tomorrow.

A 23-year-old man has also been arrested on suspicion of murder.
