Search for missing dog from Nottingham gets thousands of shares in online campaign
An online campaign by a family in Nottingham to find their missing dog Poppy has been shared thousands of time on Facebook and Twitter.
The #findpoppy campaign was started by owner Jo-Anne Jukes when the female Terrier cross went missing from the family's home in Keyworth, Nottinghamshire, on 15 December.
It is believed the dog may have been taken during the family's 3-year-old daughter's birthday party.
Local volunteers and charities have already joined in the search for Poppy, including a specialist charity with drone pilots volunteering their time to search.
Mum Jo-Anne says her young family is devastated at the absence of Poppy and are "shamelessly begging for support to bring her home".
