10-year-old girl in 'critical condition' after collision with an ambulance

A 10-year-old girl is in a 'critical condition' after she was involved in a collision with an ambulance.

Emergency services were called to Low Wood Road in Bulwell, Nottingham, at around 6.30pm on Sunday. (December 22).

The girl was taken to Nottingham’s Queens Medical Centre in a critical condition.

She remains in hospital, where she is receiving treatment for her injuries.

Police have launched an investigation into the collision and have reopened the road.

East Midlands Ambulance Service said an ambulance was involved in a collision while responding to a 999 call.
