Stoke City manager Nathan Jones sacked 'with immediate effect'

Stoke City manager Nathan Jones has left the club 'with immediate effect.'

He joined in January this year (2019) after taking over from Gary Rowett.

The club also reports that assistant manager Paul Hart and first team coach Joaquin Gomez have also left the bet365 Stadium.

They also say that a new manager will be appointed 'as swiftly as possible' but that in the meantime Rory Delap, Kevin Russell and Andy Quy will take charge of the club's first-team.
