Man seriously injured after stabbing in Leicester

A police investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed in Leicester.

At 5.30am today (Friday 25 October) an ambulance was called to Beauville Drive, following a report that a man had been stabbed.

The man has been taken to the Queen’s Medical Centre in Nottingham with serious injuries.

A police cordon is in place in nearby Upper Temple Walk and enquiries are ongoing.

No arrests have yet been made.
