ITV Launches 'Britain Get Talking' to improve the nation's mental health
This week ITV is encouraging people to take time out to talk to one another to improve the nation's mental health.
It's part of a campaign called Britain Get Talking supported by charities Mind and Young Minds.
We at ITV Central are running a series of reports highlighting what's being done in our part of the world to help mental health.
This follows a survey which found that one in four parents keep in touch with their teenage children mainly via phone, email or text.
