Teen charged with the murder of Joshua Taylor

A teenager has been charged with the murder of Joshua Taylor in Leicestershire.

The 17-year-old was arrested yesterday (7 October) at around 12.55am after officers were called to Sword Drive, Hinckley, following reports of a stabbing.

He was also charged with possession of knife/bladed article in a public place.

Joshua, 18, was pronounced dead at the scene. A post-mortem examination revealed he died of a single stab wound.

The teenager will be appearing at Leicester Magistrates’ Court on 9 October.
