Man arrested on suspicion of murder after fatal stabbing in Birmingham

A 37-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, after a man was stabbed to death in Birmingham earlier this morning.

Police were called to Cooksey Lane in Kingstanding, just before 7.00am. A man, believed to be in his 30's, was found with fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.

The 37-year-old man, who was known to the victim, was arrested shortly after, from an address in Hamstead, Birmingham on suspicion of murder.
