Police officer run over by car thief suspect could face 'life-changing' injuries

A police constable for West Midlands Police is facing potentially life-changing injuries after they were run over by a suspected car thief.

It happened during an attempted arrest yesterday afternoon in Moseley.

A 29-year-old man remains in custody after being detained on suspicion of attempted murder as well as a 24-year-old man who has been arrested for car theft.
