Postnatal depression is a condition which affects many new parents, and a woman from Worcestershire who experienced it herself says there needs to be a greater awareness of the condition.

Rebecca Schwarz has two sons, and after her eldest was born, she experienced postnatal depression.

Rebecca now knows how common it is for new mums and dads to experience issues with mental health.

It's why she wants to raise awareness of postnatal depression and tackle the stigma surrounding it.

She's written 'Baby Brained: The Musical', which she also stars in, and she hopes she can eventually take all around the country.
