The road to Wembley: Aston Villa vs Derby County

Aston Villa and Derby County fans are heading to London for the Championship Play-Off Final.

More than 70,000 are expected to attend the match at Wembley today.

Derby County go into the match as underdogs although that label didn't affect them in their semi-final against Leeds United, when they came away with the win despite going 2-0 down.

Meanwhile Aston Villa's Head Coach Dean Smith says his side's 10-game winning streak earlier in the season means they have vital momentum going into Monday's clash.
