Frank Lampard says guiding Derby County to the Championship play-off final is 'up there' in his career highlights.

The Rams fought back from 2-0 down on aggregate to beat Leeds United 4-3 over two legs, at Elland Road last night.

It'll be an all-Midlands final at Wembley on 27 May, between Aston Villa and Derby County, battling for a place in the Premier League next season.

Manager Frank Lampard was filmed at the centre of euphoric celebrations alongside players in the changing rooms after the match, belting out Oasis' 'Stop Crying Your Heart Out'.

Chairman Mel Morris said the team was "phenomenal" in the victory.
