Teenage boy in critical condition after being hit by an ambulance

A teenage boy is in a critical condition after being hit by an ambulance.

The 15-year-old boy was struck by the vehicle, which was on blue lights responding to another incident.

It happened around 5.40pm on Monday 13 May on Lichfield Street in Walsall.

He was taken to hospital with serious head injuries and remains in a critical condition.

Anyone with information is asked to come forward.
