More than 100 firefighters tackle major blaze at an industrial estate in Tyseley, Birmingham

More than a hundred firefighters were involved in tackling a major fire at an industrial estate in Birmingham.

The blaze, which broke out at a tyre centre in Wharfdale Road, #Tyseley at about 2:30 is now under control.

However, several fire crews will be working there throughout the day.

Residents are being advised to keep their doors and windows shut.

Local road closures are in place.
