ITV News Central is celebrating a triple-award success from last night's Royal Television Society Awards in Birmingham.

Our first award of the night was for Digital Creativity, for our Commonwealth Games coverage from the Gold Coast.

Our next award was for Journalist of the Year, won by our Early Presenter Balvinder Sidhu.

And for our third award of the night, we were delighted to win Best News Programme of the Year for our coverage of Glenfield Children's Heart Unit being saved - our third consecutive year of winning the award.
