Campaigners hold meeting over plans to remove intensive care at hospital
Campaigners in Leicester have organised a public meeting to discuss what they believe may be an illegal move made by local NHS bosses.
It comes after local NHS bosses have said that they will be downgrading the Leicester General Hospital by removing intensive care and other services.
Campaigners say that there should have been a public consultation and say that the decision may be illegal.

In a report that was sent to Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland Joint Health Scrutiny Committee over the consolidation of Level 3 Intensive Care, Medical Director, Andrew Furlong has said:
