East Midlands:

Today:Dry and bright through the morning and early afternoon with some long sunny spells and light winds. Sunshine turning hazier as the afternoon progresses, with cloud spreading in from the west, Some light rain possible by dusk. Maximum temperature 21 deg C (70 deg F).

Tonight:Cloud and rain continuing to develop from the west through the evening. This will spread across all parts overnight, with some heavier outbreaks at times. Minimum temperature 14 deg C (57 deg F).

Sunday:Cloudy with outbreaks of locally heavy rain moving erratically eastwards through the morning. Turning brighter into the afternoon, but with a few sharp showers developing. Maximum temperature 23 deg C (73 deg F).

West Midlands:

Today:After a chilly start, Saturday will be largely dry. There will be plenty of sunshine at first, and it will be a rather warm afternoon. However, cloud will gradually increase from the southwest. Patchy rain arriving during the early evening. Maximum temperature 21 deg C (70 deg F).

Tonight:It will be a cloudy and increasingly humid evening and night with outbreaks of rain feeding across the region from the southwest, some perhaps heavy. Much milder than Friday night. Minimum temperature 14 deg C (57 deg F).

Sunday:It will be a rather cloudy and humid morning with rain at times. Skies should brighten a little during the afternoon, although showers are still possible, which could be heavy. Maximum temperature 24 deg C (75 deg F).
