Urgent appeal to trace 'high risk' missing midwife
Police have issued an urgent appeal to find a midwife who has been missing for four days.
They've launched a 'high risk missing person' appeal to find Samantha Eastwood, who works at Royal Stoke University Hospital.
The 28-year-old from Baddeley Green in Staffordshire hasn't been seen since Friday.
Staffordshire Police say they aren't treating her disappearance as kidnap, but they urgently want to know if anyone has seen her.
North Yorkshire Police are also involved as Samantha has links to Whitby.
Bosses at the hospital where she works says she is a 'much-loved and valued' colleague.
The hospital put out the statement as colleagues desperately wait for positive news about Samantha.
It's understood she was last seen at the maternity centre within the Hartshill complex on Friday morning (27 July), when she finished her shift at 7.45am.
She's described as white, about 5ft 3ins tall, of medium build and with shoulder-length ginger hair. She has brown eyes and a fair complexion with freckles.
Police have kept a presence in Greenside Avenue, Baddeley Green following Samantha's disappearance.
