Huge fire in Derby city centre 'caused accidentally'

A large fire in a six-storey apartment block in Derby city centre was most likely started "by hot work being carried out on the roof", an investigation found.

This footage shows the fire, and an explosion, in the plant room of Norman House, off Friar Gate.

There were no casualties.

A full investigation is underway.
