Firefighters are tackling a huge blaze in Derby.
Smoke from the fire in Friar Gate can be seen from much of the city centre and several witnesses have reported hearing an explosion.
The fire is understood to have started in the plant room on the roof of a six storey building.
There are no reports of any casualties.
Derbyshire Police have urged people to avoid the area.
A cordon is in place, with Curzon Street and Ford Street closed where they meet Friar Gate and where Friary Street meets Curzon Street.
