Political deadlock remains in North East Lincolnshire with Labour the largest party by just a single seat following yesterday's local elections.

UKIP lost three seats on a night when a third of the council, 16 seats, were being contested.

Two gains for Labour mean the party is just one seat ahead of Conservatives in second.
