Carillion headquarters in Wolverhampton is up for sale
The former Wolverhampton headquarters of collapsed engineering company Carillion has gone up for sale, for more than £3 million.
The announcement was made as the Official Receiver said another 97 Carillion employees had been given redundancy notices, taking the total number of job losses to more than 1,800.
Carillion went into liquidation in January.
Almost 10,000 jobs have been saved, and 5,400 employees have been retained to deliver Carillion's services to public and private sector customers until decisions are taken to transfer or end these contracts.
The building was refurbished in 2015 and has over 37,000 square feet of office space over six floors, as well as a car park.
