Watching a football game can often be a stressful experience for people with autism.

Alex Manners from Solihull is trying to improve this with his campaign, Football and Autism.

The 21-year-old has an Asperger's and is appealing to local and national clubs to improve the conditions at football grounds.

A keen football fan himself, Alex says that everyone with autism is different and their experiences differ as well.
