A rogue builder whose shoddy work left customers with leaking roofs and repairs costing thousands of pounds has been jailed for five years.
James Carter from Stourbridge lied about his qualifications, even falsely claiming that his company had featured on a BBC DIY programme.

A judge said it cost Carter's customers around £200,000 to pay for and then repair his work - and that those who tried to complain were abused and intimidated.
The 40-year-old was sentenced at Stafford Crown Court to five years in jail. He'll serve half of that sentence before being released on licence.
