East Midlands Trains has confirmed that it plans to run a full train service on all routes tomorrow (Monday 15 January) following the fire at Nottingham station.

According to the operator, services have run well throughout the day today (Sunday 14 January) on routes in and out of Nottingham.

All platforms have now been re-opened at the station and there is lift access to platforms 1-6 and step free access to platform 7 via the Queens Road entrance.

However due to extensive fire damage, the ticket office will remain closed. Accordingly, teams will remain on site to sell tickets for travel on the day.

Pre-booked tickets can be collected from any East Midlands Trains or other train operator stations. If anybody is unable to do this, the operator has said that booking reference numbers will be accepted by East Midlands Trains staff on board the train.
