Have you seen 28-year-old Michael Johnson?

Police are growing increasingly concerned for the welfare of a 28-year-old man who was last seen leaving the grounds of a hospital.

Michael Johnson, who is from the Boston area in Lincolnshire, was last spotted on Thursday 21 December at around 5pm as he left Lincoln County Hospital.

Police say Michael needs medication.

He was last seen wearing blue jeans and a grey hoody. He is about 5'8" tall and has short dark brown hair.
