More than a thousand people cheered on a teenage racing driver as he walked around a motoring circuit, six months after losing the lower part of both his legs in a crash at Donington Park.

Billy Monger, who is 18-years-old, was treated at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham.

He walked a section of Brands Hatch in Kent on his new prosthetic limbs to raise money for charity.
